Currently, no. There is a beta version of a hitbox visualizer in the works, so we have some iffy data on a few characters, but for now the only data out is for controversial moves (Wolf down smash, Ivysaur down air, Snake up tilt, etc.).

There's a mod out there that makes hitboxes visible. It isn't the greatest, it does have some inaccuracies, but it can still give you a decent idea of what's going on behind the scenes.
