Smash Rookie
Hey everyone, long time smash player here.
Finally got my Wii-u, watched the entire smash bros documentary during install and after champ testing I feel most comfortable with Sheik (nothing new)
My question to you guys, as you're all much more skilled and versed than I am. Is this!
What do you think someone who wants to enter the competitive scene such as myself should work on first.
From what I have learned is that DI, L cancel and wave dash are no longer things.
(insert slowpoke gif here)
I didn't feel competitive until brawl came out and did quite well with a partner but still consider myself a scrub.
SO with the help of smashboards and the atmosphere I would like to improve my game play.
Little insight about my gameplay.
I land bouncing fish 75% of the time
I would like to learn how people are attacking so fast in the air (attack jump attack jump) but make it so quick.
I can't seem to understand it or grasp how it's done so quickly, am I missing an input?
Any help is very much so welcome. Thank you all!
TL:DR: I suck teach me anything.
