Impossible Chars based on rules

Alright, so this thread is dedecated to what chars won't be in for sure based off of sakurai's rules such as;
all characters must have appeared on a nintendo systym at some point,
must have originated in a video game,
and so on. Here are some of these not possible chars:
MASTER CHIEF
YODA
GOUKU
SUPER MAN
TERMINATOR
Now, add more chars to to the list... but realize that they must fit sakurais rules.
