Importing Model Help

OK I'm trying to make a character for ssbb and I'm having problems with making the .PCS and .PAC files. Like when I play my model it freezes, but no beep. So I'm in quite a pickle with this, I hexed it and everything, appears OK on the Brawl Box it just doesn't work on the game itself!

P.S. It's a model import too.
