Importing a single polygon onto a model?

Okay, let's say I have two hacks for Marth, one has an edited sword, the other has edited hair. What if I wanted to take the edited sword, and put it on the hack with the edited hair; so I can have a hack with both the hair and thw sword?

If anyone knows how this can be possible, please reply.
