And no, it's not UU!
Enjoy:

Latios @ Soul Dew
Levitate: Modest
4 HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Special Defense
30 IV in all except Special Attack, which is 31
Draco Meteor
Grass Knot
Hidden Power [Ground]
Memento
My starter for the team. Doesn't need any weather aid to own the opposing team. Simply hit hard till I am at the disadvantage, then Memento. Grass Knot has a 5/6 chance of OHKOing min Special Defense Kyogres, and is a guaranteed OHKO on Groudon. Dragon Pulse is a good STAB move, with Draco Meteor being a much more powerful method of attack needed to KO some ubers after a Dragon Pulse. It also does more damage against Psychics than Shadow Ball.
Using Dragon and Grass as my only attacking moves, I'm left very vulnerable to one of the most abundant physical attackers in the uber metagame: Metagross. I can't even Memento away, and Pusuit would completely destroy me! This, by itself, gives me enough reason to use HP Fire/ Ground: but at the cost of what? Grass Knot and Memento are required, so obviously one of the STAB options have to go. I'm thinking about Dragon Pulse, since I rarely find myself using it. And which one should I use? Fire is better overall with type-coverage, but Heatran eats it up. Not to mention it would wall me completely. Ground hits it 4x effective, and also beats down Metagross.
... you know what? Hidden Power [Ground]> Dragon Pulse! I just talked myself into it!

Arceus @ Spooky Plate
Multitype: Jolly
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Special Defense
Shadow Claw
Brick Break
Recover
Swords Dance
Toxic Spikes! Thanks!
If I EVER see a layer get laid down, this guy comes in. With 120 all around Defenses, STAB Shadow Claw hitting the primary physical uber walls, Lugia and Giratina, super-effective, and an unresisted moveset thanks to Brick Break, this thing becomes almost impossible to handle! Giratina can't burn me, Latias or Blissey can't toxic me, and I can recover off most damage. Metagross or Forretress can't even explode on me thanks to me Ghost typing. Not even to mention three quarters of the ubers have lower physical defense compared to their special defense.

Dialga @ Expert Belt
Pressure: Quiet
120 HP, 136 Attack, 252 Special Attack
Draco Meteor
Brick Break
Thunder
Fire Blast
Another part of my team's "can't stall me!" mentality. By combining the two most resistant types in the game with decent defensive stats, we get a very bulky dragon. The -Spd nature doesn't hinder it at all, thanks to his ability to take hits and dish them out MUCH harder. Draco Meteor is for primary STAB that destroys Giratina and other Dragons. Thunder and Fire Blast offer both type coverage and power. They both also become even better when used with a favoring weather. Thunder hits Kyogre and Lugia hard, while Fire Blast hits Metagross and other steels. Even in the rain, it's an easy 2HKO. Brick Break is for the one thing that walls you: Blissey. With the current spread, you should 2HKO the bulkiest ones you'll find in ubers.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Sturdy: Relaxed
252 HP, 216 Defense, 40 Special Defense
0 Speed IVs
Gyro Ball
Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin
Explosion
My Dragon and Ice resist and only Rayquaza counter(while it's outraging >.>). Gyro Ball hits ubers surprisingly hard, especially a DDed Rayquaza. Stealth Rock is helpful and takes out Ho-Oh and Shedinja, while also helping to wear down those Lugia who haunt my team like Michael Jackson on a seven-year-old boy. Explosion can severily damage switch-in Lugia's, also.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure: Calm
176 Defense, 8 Speed, 72 Special Atack, 252 Special Defense
Thunder
Icy Wind
Softboiled
Toxic
Uber special wall. My only true counter to Kyogres, which is why I'm using Thunder. Icy Wind can slow down the Lati twins so that anyone can take them, or I can simply wait for Toxic to take its toll. Even Safeguard can't even save them thanks to Icy Wind, yet again. Natural Cure over Serene Grace so I don't get Toxiced, even if it does give me 60% paraysis w/ Thunder. Besides, it would mess with Toxic. Without Calm Mind or Psych Up, I'm forced to use max Special Defense. 100 Defense is just enough so I won't get screwed by Pursuit users.

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Drizzle: Modest
240 HP, 16 Defense, 16 Speed, 220 Special Attack, 16 Special Defense
Surf
Calm Mind
Rest
Sleep Talk
Sleep-absorber and CM sweeper for the team. Drizzle keeps down Heatrans and Ho-Oh's that would otherwise give my team problems, and this makes an good counter to these mixed Darkrai's I'm seeing everywhere.
EV spread could be fixed. lol @ all the 16s ^^

kyogre is the only thing i'm questioning

why are you running both CM set and a resttalker set?

i don't think it works, it's either one or the other, not both, it'll get owned by a lot before it cna fully set up

Because I had no boosting Special sweeper and a huge weakness to Ho-Oh and Heatran. Kyogre was the obvious fill-in, who could put out the rain for the Thunder on my team, too. The Sleep Talking version was chosen because Burn would screw it over, and Darkrai was becoming a huge nuisance to the team. And then I noticed I had no Special Sweepers to take adavantage of the field once the opposing Blissey is gone (usually very early), so CM would have to do. Not many things wall it, and the few things that do are usually stopped by Blissey(such as opposing Kyogres) or Forretress(such as Rayquaza).

Its not meant to sweep in its sleep: it just gives it a more threatening prowness. It can't be toxiced to death and can't be relied on the too high 30% chance of paralysis caused by the most commonly used move against Kyogre: Thunder.

With Arceus, I think you should do more than go for coverage.
