I cannot find a SSB rom that supports online play WITHOUT having to sign up for a website, because thats the only places I can find Online roms....... can someone Please post a link to one?

It's against the rules to ask for links to roms / post links to roms, hence why Dylan didn't give you one.

You can just do a google search for it, it's easy enough to find it.
