Hello Smashboards.

I'm Shira, a Nintendo dork. I play way too much of it.

I started playing Smash Bros. when I first got Melee, and I loved the games ever since. I still own Melee, and Brawl, and I will get the 3DS version on my birthday and the Wii U version on Christmas (hopefully).

I will get a lot of hate for this, but I just cannot get into competitive. It's too confusing for me, and I tend to easily get frustrated. I can barely understand what most competitive terms mean.

By this, until SSB4 releases, I will mostly be on those forums and the off-topic disscusions. When SSB4 does release, however, I will get into general discussion for Melee, Brawl, and 4.

So yes, feel free to call me a "dirty casual scumbag."

I hope I'll get used to my stay here, it'll be a long one :p

Welcome to SWF Shira!

1) No such thing as playing too much Nintendo! :shades:

2) Nothing wrong with not being a competitive player. Not everyone here is, so you won't be left out. You won't get any hate, all love around these parts :shades:

3) I honestly hate the "dirty casual" name-calling. Although you were joking, I think some people around here truly don't understand casual players. Just because you're a casual player does not mean you lack skill and are completely beneath competitive players. You're perfectly fine :shades:

Nice to have you apart of our community!
