I'm going to throw a tourney for the first time

What equipment do you guys think I should have? I have an easycap (I'm going to livestream the tourney as well) What are some tips you guys can give me?

You should be going for best possible equipment, from what I know, easycaps aren't the best, but it's an okay start.
Tips:
Don't get distracted, focus on running an efficient, and perfect tournament.
