I'm confused about csp's

Lets say I downloaded a .zip file that includes a texture for Fox and a .tga file for that texture's csp inside.
I already know where to put the .pac file to have my texture appear in game, but where do I put the .tga file for the csp?

Sorry if this is clearly explained somewhere, but I can't find it heh.
