Yeah, this is becoming natural for me to just rant about whatever when I have the motivation, but I guess since this should be first nature I won't have to say much really.

Alight so if anybody cares, I recently asked a guy who has a sigshop on the Vegassmash site to do a request for me. Usually I hold back on asking people favors because I feel stupid having to beg people to help me do stuff or do something I can't do on my own (I also hate showing extreme cases of narcissism, let alone I'm not that self-centered so I don't like people doing stuff for me), but I suppose this one had some purpose behind it. This sig had me and my usual team partner Kita on it, so it wasn't so much of a signature as it was just a banner of our duo team. It looks really nice, and if any of you care enough You should be able to see it at the end of this blog. If not I'll fix it somehow.

Anyway what does this have to do with anything you ask? Well how about that when people do this kind of stuff (Hell, the guy managed to fill out my request in less than 1 day!), you thank them? Some of you may not be this shallow but for the rest of you who you know who you are, did you even consider that people have to go out of your way when you make them fill out your request? Or how about the people that complain when people can't go out of their way? This really pisses me off that people like this are even out there when you have nobody but yourself to blame when you're too lazy to do the tasks yourself and you piss and moan when somebody else won't do your dirtywork.

To a lesser extent, I also dislike how some people take this stuff for granted. You know let me tell you something about "regret." I have a dog right now who is barely past a year old, he's very active and always wants to play, and he's always barking at neighbors so I have to go outside, call him back in, and 10 minutes later I have to do the same thing. Do I mind this (much)? Hell no!

...At least not after what I had done with the dog before... I know how people say stuff after death and crap, but I can't help but hate myself because I never paid much attention to him, just enough to seem like I was doing something... he was a calm dog, so he didn't do much anyway but the few times he's offered I would just shrug it off and do something else... Eventually it got to the point where I don't remember ever being nice to my first dog, and I think he just stopped coming to me for anything all together... this is a heavy burden on me, because I had hoped that I wasn't that heartless, but apparently I am... now that he's gone I can only try not to make the same mistake with this one.

All in all, I can only hope people out there don't have to learn this stuff the hard way and should just learn to notice and acknowledge the good things that happen or come on a natural basis.

Well, you learn from your mistakes, you shouldn't let the burden of regret bring you down. What's done is done, at least you're making up for it now.

Also, people are selfish *******s.

Good read.
