I'm bad at intro threads

Hey I'm Alpha and I am TERRIBLE at describing myself. I have played Smash since I was a kid and recently fell out of TF2's comp scene and attended smash con and had a lot of fun despite being destroyed from work. I am looking for maybe some people near me to play with or other smaller events near me. (I am from Roanoke, VA and I looked a bit already and most seem to be a couple hours away which isn't unreasonable but still kinda much) I mainly want to just find more people to play with besides a couple of my friends and turn this more into a bigger hobby. It's a fun game and I would rather spend a bunch of time playing a really good game than a bunch of random okay ones.

I currently play Smash 4 and main Pikachu. I started playing Pikachu in middle school with melee because I liked pokemon and he shot giant lightning bolts. Pretty much stuck with it since then.
