Hey guys, I'm totally new to the smash bros world. Back in the day, my buddies used to play on the N64 in the basement of one of my friend's house, but I just tagged along. They were always way better than I was so I never enjoyed playing because I'd always get my butt kicked.
I just recently got a 3DS and a Link amiibo, and I love it! I'm not good at all, but I have been watching youtube videos of moves, combos and guides (one by @Izaw ) My amiibo has already reached level 50, but it still sucks, so I've been trying to get better myself in order to train it more.
Link is my main go-to, just because I grew up on the Zelda franchise. I have no technique, but I'm learning. I'm sure there are better options for a newbie, but since I love the franchise, I've never swayed from Link. He's my hero *heart.* That being said, of course I've never done any tourneys, and I don't plan to.
I'm just here to learn from those better than me and make friends. I love forums (I'm a mod at one) and I hope to make some friends here, even if you are on a whole other level than me
