Im a total n00b

I want to make a great team, but i lack the skills to do so. I have every pokemon, and a ditto. but everyone beats the hack outta me... so what should i do? here is my dream team

Blissey: I think she'd be best with bold nature, for, thats the only one i know of that helps defense. i wanna teach her:
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Double Team
-Softboiled
i think toxic maybe switched out with Focus punch, or Ice beam. And of i have Ice beam, i should get a Blissey with Serene Grace... would that be a good idea?

Gallade: It would be a good Physical psychic atacker, but idk what also helps with its Sp. Attk. I have no idea what would be a good move set for it, but im thinkin
-Protect
-Psycho Cutter
-Psychic
-Dark Pulse?
again, im not experianced, but im leaning towards that.

Lucario: Hands down, a sweeper... but my current one has NO Sp. Attk at all his moveset is:
-Drain Punch
-Aura Sphere
-Earthquake
-Dark Pulse
again, i have NO idea what would be a good nature/ability for him

Slowking: I have no idea exactly why i chose him. i have no idea what to do with him

AeroDactyl: Mine has a pretty good speed... but again, im lost on what nature/ability/EV he should have

Machamp: No guard is mainly the reason why i think he would be good, given powerful moves set back with its horrible accuracy are now useful, but what exactly?

I need help on this, IV's EV's Abilities, Nature's, Moveset, if you happen to know just one pokemon, that would really help me out and thank you if you read this <3

Avoid using 2 Fighting types+Blissey. You're vulnerable to ghosts.
