I'm a TO, how do I stream my tournament?

Hi, I run free monthly tournaments at my university. We usually get 20-30 attendants. We are expanding next semester (becoming official organization, getting advertising privileges, bigger venues on campus, etc) and I thought it would be awesome to stream our tournament. This way, we can be even more professional and even record our tournaments. I also want playercams and commentary, like any real tournament these days. For simplicity sake, we would only stream from one TV, which would be reserved for winners bracket and losers/winners finals.

What exactly do I need to stream smashbros from a TV? Please be specific.
What specific hardware and software do I need?
Do I need any fancy computer specs to stream in good quality?
