Ike vs Ivysaur

So, I main ivysaur and my brother mains Ike. And well, I have a really easy time punishing and doing whatever I want against Ike.

My brother is having such a hard time as Ike against me and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for an Ike player against ivysaur.

That's a tough one because from my experience Ivysaur has a decent advantage on Ike
I'd suggest to avoid using quickdraw in the neutral as comfortably as most matchups because one razor leaf destroys that option in most cases. Instead, quickdraw can be used by immediately throwing out a short hop Fair/Nair if you think ivy is about to throw out a razor leaf to punish
If ivysaur is recovering, its usually best to grab ledge and wait to throw out a nair when you see a tether come out, then follow up accordingly
