If you sell a Wii that has VC games on it....

if You're selling it to a person that is capable of understanding the worth of the VC games, then yes
BUT if you're planning on selling to a business like say, Gamestop.
they don't care how much VC games it has, they only buy for what the hardware is worth.

Depends if the titles are relevant to the potential buyers needs. For example if you had Pokemon SNap, perhaps you could justify a price jump to a Pokemon Nut. On a side question, is there any way to transfer VCs from console to console?

Hey, I used to love Pokémon Snap. It was a fantastic game. My cousin and I used to play it all the time. But that being said, I don't think I'd ever consciously pay for it again.
But VC games definitely do count as value added, in my opinion. But the only thing that really matters in the end is how much the potential buyer is willing to fork over for those extra games.

Because I'm getting a new JPN Wii from a friend in of course, Japan. I'm also getting a copy of JPN Brawl with it, so yeah..
VC Games: Kirby 64, Star Fox 64, Super Mario 64, Sin & Punishment, Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels, LoZ: A Link to the Past, and Super Mario World. I have 2 more, just can't remember what though..
It comes with a bunch of other stuff also e.g. Mario Kart Wii.
