Well, Dojo says to hit an attack button to jump off so it depends on how high this jump is. Personally I think it will be short which would only give you your second jump and up special for recovery. I don't foresee an extra jump, or at least not a very worthwhile one. However, a flying motorcycle seems like a great way to edge guard.
