This is a question raised by one of my friends, who thinks he would be down with the psykids. I disagree and think he would be resting at the bottom of the top tier. Does anyone here have anything to say on this?

1: Not talkin' bout that...
2: Yeah, but what about the moves you've seen him use in MM games? You should be able to see some similarities between some other char's moves and MM's moves, you can at least try to think of something based on that.

It's just impossible if we don't even have a fake move set yet. I could say he's Top tier and there wouldn't be any proof to prove me wrong.
