If I was the creator of Super Smash Bros 4, this would be the Roster, Stages, Items and stuff (Please Discuss)
Black Outlines = Main Roster
Red Outlines = DLC Characters
Honeslty I think this would have been the best roster for any Super Smash Game ever! I hope to hear peoples opinions!
The only risky character that I don't feel fit too much because of lack in imagining move-set would be Doshin the Giant lol

He is one of the most populare remaining characters from
that franchise, not to have made an appearence yet...
Waluigi:
Since he is not really a Mario or Wario character then he would make a great
choice in addition to the rest of the characters appearing
in various Spin-Off games of Mario...
King K.Rool:
Mario, Link, Fox and even Kirby got they're rivals out
and Donkey Kong has not. And with no Kremlins in the game
I'm pretty safe to say that K.Rool is next in line...
Mona:
It is hard to predict a good character from the Wario Ware series
so I went with including one of the most populare
which I also think would have a good potential Moveset...
Ghirham:
Since the recent Zelda game was Skyworld Sworld and Ghirham was
the villain, and with his fanbase build up, I so no reason not
to include him, he is most likley to appear...
Skull Kid:
Majora's Mask being my favorite Zelda game, and rumours about
a Majora Remake it is not hard to imagine Skull Kid as a good Idea..
Even take this away, and you can still hear that he won the Poll
of most wanted character once...
Doshin The Giant:
Now this is a risky one, since his size would be a problematic Issue
for a potential moveset, But since his a clasic Nintendo character
I would love to see atleast a cameo from Doshin...
Ridley:
As with King K Rool, Samus needs her villain character represented
and Ridley is one of the most populare among fans to be included
even tho it's size would be an issue, It does not mean he would be Disincluded...
Little Mac:
Since he appaered as an Assisst Trophy in Brawl, and the recreation
of his franchise the Punch Out series got a reboot his popularity
raised a lot, and he is most likley to be a newcomer in Smash 4...
King Hippo:
As stated with Mac, The franchise got a reboot and raised popularity
This means it's not too hard to see a hero and a villain as debuting
for the franchise, and then Little Mac and King Hippo would make sense...
Starfy:
Now that Starfy has gone worldwide and is not a Japan exclusive
I see a bigger chance for Starfy's appearence in a next Smash Bros...
Samurai Goroh:
Falcon has manage to go solo all the way to Brawl, but it's time that
the frannchise got anothe representive character and I see the amount
of popularity Goroh raised althoug Brawl, he is a good candidate...
Palutena:
Probobly the most requested female character for a new Smash
I don't know the series or her story other then she being a
godess. But she is added here since of all demands for her...
Tom Nook:
It's hard seeing a Animal Crossing representant other then Nook.
And he has a potential to have a fun moveset including a lot
of cameos from the Animal Crossing series itself...
Takamaru:
A great retro character that would be a great represented within the Retro
genre. Also his series made a cameo in Nintendo Land which also
makes a great hype for the game and his inclusion...
Mewtwo:
Not really a newcomer but he returns from Melee
it's one of the most natural things to do, he is one of the
most wanted characters to be included...
Zoroark:
He seems like a natural fit to replace Lucario in the next Smash
but regarding his moveset be a lot different than previous
Lucario and Mewtwo, he could be uniqe...
Mii:
Mii's are a great addition to both the Nintendo Wii series
and the 3DS. This is also something that could be great
thinking that you could literly play as youself...
Krystal:
If there is a need for any new Star Fox character
there should be Krystal, she is the most natural fit...
Balloon Fighter:
He was supose to be in Melee, but got cut due to hard to
create a potential moveset, but I believe it's not that hard
and he would be a unique character that deserves a spot...
Pac-Man:
With the inclusion of Namco working on Smash 4
I don't see it way out having a Namco 3rd Party character
and who wouldn't fit better than Pac-Man?
Shulk:
I don't know the character or
it's story, see Palutena...
Geno:
It's not "Impossible" since he
is the most requested to appear
also his song was supose to be in Brawl...
Professor Layton:
A Newer generation of Nintendo series
and a big hit, makes the inclusion of Layton
more likley everyday...
Megaman:
Capcom asked Sakurai if he wanted to have Megaman for Brawl
but lack of time made him to be cut out of the game!
also next huge request for a 3rd Party character is in fact Megaman...
DLC:
So this is just my updated roster for Perfect Smash Balance!
But this time with DLC's around I can perfectly say CLONES ACCEPTED!
Why?
Becaus Clones take less time to create, and with a main roster of 58
I don't really feel the needs for more characters! But "IF" you are desperate
for new characters I would say add these characters mostly be combined "Clones"
Not saying all of these are going to be clones, but most of them are, and I accept it
since they are DLC, only to add if you higly want new faces in the game!
The total roster now is "78"
And the DLC contend has 0 3rd Party character since
IT DOES NOT NEED CLOUD STRIFE or MASTER CHIEF <--- (GAWD :@)
but anyhow, here is the DLC characters and the reason to add them:
Paper Mario:
Now Paper Mario is a higly wanted character, and he would fit in as the
colorful Mr.Game & Watch, his moveset would be a mix of Paper Mario cameo's...
Ashley:
Always hard to decide a Wario Ware character since non of them is actually Fighters
maybe cept for Kim. But I went for Ashley as the 3rd and last representant needed
for Wario Ware. Ashley is a witch and can use spells and magic to make it variated...
Louie:
Louie would be clone of Captain Olimar with a bit different moves then Cap.
He would be an easy swap, and for die hard fans of Pikmin I think
they would enjoy Louie's inclusion...
Impa:
I don't know why but she is one of the characters that a lot of people request
And that is simply the only reason of me adding Impa to the roster by DLC...
Baby Mario & Baby Luigi:
They would work like Ice Climber and by the size matters this could
end up in some real epic fights, they would not be complete clones
and I think a lot of people would like to see these 2 added...
Rosalina:
Like Impa, she is higly requested and honestly
I don't care for Rosalina because I never was a Galaxy Fan.
But since she is so populare and requestable I had to add her here...
Birdo:
Yoshi and it's series needs another representant and what could be better
than Birdo?, She would be a cool alternate clone to Yoshi
and I think she would be appreaciated by many...
Leon Powlaski:
He would be combinded moves of Fox,Falco,Wolf and Lucario (Wall Stance)
I believe he would be a cool addition to the Star Fox reps...
Lucario:
Since Mewtwo will most likley be back, and Lucario replaced with Zoroark
I see Lucario as a great addition to the DLC list, and a lot of people
would be happy to see this...

The only reason I include him, is that he was intended to be in the
original Smash Bros game, but scrapped due to time, Now would be a perfect
chance to make him debut in the actual game, atleast as a DLC...
Paula:
I rather see Paula as Ness clone than EVER see Porky .__.
I don't know anything about her really other that she also
posesses the PK Magic ****...

Only added due to higly demand and request.
I wanted Ghirham and Skull Kid instead of Vaati
and with the cut of Toon Link, He is not necessary, but hey, why not?

I don't care how much he annoys you, It could be Slippey Toad!?
But come one some love is what he needs, since he actually starred
in his own game AND it had a sequal, so why not?
Dixie Kong:
Scrapped from Brawl due to likness of Diddy Kong.. WHY NOT MAKE A TAG TEAM?!?
Anyways it would be great to see her in non-theless and Clones are accepted as DLC...
Krom:
The new hero of Fire Emblem, People grew fond of Ike, so I don't see him replaced.
But Atleast Krom would appear as a DLC character for the love of Fire Emblem fans...
Roy:
Don't see him needed in the main roster, but as a bonus DLC character
I think it would appeal to fans of both Fire Emblem and Smash in general.
People want Roy to return, and he would be perfect as DLC...
Waddle Dee:
Really I don't see need for Waddle Dee, but due to high demands for this minion
I had to add him to the DLC roster...
Sylux:
When we go all out on DLC I believe Metroid deserves a DLC rep as well
and since we got Samus and Ridley in the main roster, I could only think of
Sylux to be a good idea, and I think fans of Metroid would love this...
Black Shadow:
F-Zero does not get much love in Smash as it deserves but the Main Villain of the series
does deserve a spot in the game somehow, and by DLC he would take up Ganondorf's old moves
easy, Fans of F-Zero would love this inclusion...
Isaac:
I honestly don't know or care about the character or the series
but as others mentioned he is higly demand as a character and thats
the only reason for me to include Isaac...

Delibird - Flyes around throwing presents (might give life or bombs)
Blaziken - Jumps on a random player and Beats him with critical hit
Torterra - The new Metagross, he does Earthquakes
Spiritomb- The New Togepi/Clefairy, doing something random
Gurdurr - Runs around slamming that metal think he holds
Sigilyph - Flies around using Confusion aka making the screen blurry and people slow
Joltik - Just walks on the ground, if crushed on it will pound out some electricety

NEW ASSIST:
King Bob-Omb - Throws small Bob-Ombs around before Blowing up himself
Shy Guy - Using a spear and pokes around people
Cranky Kong - Uses he's DJ'Skills and change the song on the stage to one of the others
Jimmy T - He dances and you must Taunt when he does his finish, if done right you get a starman
Mike Tyson - Runs toward the leader and gives him a huge blow punch
Porky - Same as he did when he was a boss, only on a normal stage
Professor Oak - Stays on the match until a Pokéball is thrown, then he explain the Pokémon (Disabled if Pokéball is set off)
Team Rocket - Flies in a Balloon and throws Bombs down (only Jessie and James)
Nightmare - Makes the screen dark for a moment
Lucas - Runs around looking for item to give to the user
Zero - Runs around killing people with critical blade
Blinky - Chases the other characters until he runs out of the stage
