Idk supposed technique links up b foward momentum

When link runs off anything his up b momentum gradually increases this could be used to catch opponents off guard.
Normally Link's Up b can't go anywhere..... But now it can go farther and faster surprised yet? It also lets you fast fall immediately after it. I could be crazy if im wrong. Back to waiting for a mod to say this was discovered until then I will cry.
