Falcon would = Knees for days.
or the tower of falcon would be possible. I say yes!

Falcon landing a few confirmed knees is not a problem.
It's Samus, Gannon, DK, Charizard, Peach and pretty much EVERY low-tier that would benefit from this simple, game wide change.
It's also SMASH. I like to SMASH things into things. See stuff bounce around the screen.

The problem is equipment. The way custom moves are treated the same as equipments is troublesome. I really wish you could just select a character, a card slides up, and you just select the customs you want a la USFIV. Afterwards you'd be able to select equipment set, then done!

But nope, just like the menu's it's gotta be a giant chore.

Yes. I wouldn't want anyone to get really overpowered or anything, but buff the low tiers so they stand a chance against high tiers.

The funny part is you can do this in the 3DS version.
