IDEAS for PSA, Texture Hacks, and Brstm's!!!!

Hi yall i decided to make a thread where people can post their ideas on making:
Project:Smash Attack-ed characters
Texture Hacks and models
BRSTM or Brawl music

Many people like me are not very good at coding or dont have the time or energy to learn how to implement our ideas into Brawl

So this thread is for poeple like me to post their ideas about Brawl Hacks

I'e come up with a few PSA's Id like to share
please comment on these:::::

FLAMEDRAMON = lucario
instead of aura moves do fire or slashing damage
Side Special= 1/2 charged fire sphere
Special=PSA Renamons but in a sphere around avatar
UpSpecial= Long Range extreme speed that does slashing damage and puts you into a special fall like sonic after a spring jump
Down Special=Like lucarios side special but faster and goes into opposite side throw
Down Aerial= weak meteor smash that propels you into the air
Alltilts do slashing damage
IF YOU CAN COMMENT ON THIS PLEASE DO!

I would like someone to code this for me BALANCED
BRSTMS: eye of the tiger ,even flow or Alive pearl Jam, Dragonforce Inhuman Rampage The Whole Album and epci Fighting music

i know there are several threads for this but those require a very specific guidline for posting your ideas here you can do PSA Textures and BRSTM
