Here are some ideas I have for possible SSB4 WiiU future DLC. What do you think of my ideas?
So you have any other ideas for possible SSB4 WIiU DLC? If so please share them now.
- Break The Targets Mode
(From Melee and Brawl)
- Coin Launcher Mode
(from brawl for earning trophies).
- More maps for the Event Mode.
- More stages for the Mario Party like mode.
(as in maps where you roll the dice and move)
- More general stages to fight on.
- More character costumes/skins
- More weapons to use
- Different types of match conditions.
(like coin or stamina but different ones)
- Weapons Only Mode
In this mode weapons drop and only weapons damage the enemy. Your non weapon attacks do no damage. Assist trophies and pokemon would do damage as would stage hazards. Basically this is pick up a weapon and get attacking with it.
- Tag Mode
Requires 3 or more players. In this mode randomly someone is "it". The It has to run away from the other characters. Any KO's "it" does, are worth nothing. The person who is it randomly changes frequently through the duration of the timed match. You'd get a point for the following:
KOing the person who is "it"
Surviving as "it" for the short time you are "it" before someone else is made "it" without being KO'd at all.
Any KO's by "it" are worth nothing, and any other player KO'ing a player who is not "it" is worthing nothing. But fighting between everyone to prevent them KOing "it" is encouraged. This mode in short is:
"KO the player who is "it" to score or if you are "it" don't be KO'd to score.
I realise this is a pretty crazy idea for a game mode but it entered my mind so I thought I'd share it with you.
- More playable characters (Like Mewtwo)
- More ways to use Amiibo with SSB
- Race to the finish
(from Melee)
- Land on the Platforms Mode
(from Smash 64)
- Hand Mode
(where you get to play as the hands). Wishful thinking I know but it's certainly possible.
- Stages of the week/month mode
In this mode people submit their user created stages to Nintendo, and Nintendo pick the best 2 or 3 of them each week and for that week you can play on those stages on local (not online) play. And every week a new set of user made stages is chosen by Nintendo. You can't save the stages for ever. Just every week there is 2-3 new ones you can use. Best of the community made stages. You'd just download them in game before you used them. You'd download the lot when you enter "Stages of the week mode"
- Infinite Mode.
In this mode you vs 1-3 different random opponents When you beat one, another slightly harder one appears. And when you beat that, another slightly harder again one appears. Basically it's how many CPU heroes can you beat before you lose all your lives. This is basically an infinite version of the Multi Man smash (not cruel smash) but you're fighting actual other fighters and not the blank multi-man men. Also every so often after you kill lots of AI characters in this one of them could be gigantic or metal or speedy or whatever. To keep you on your toes. Who you fight and when the powered up enemies appear is all random. Nintendo would balance the number of lives you got in this to make it fun.
- Shoot The Fighters Mode.
We all know how in SSB you get to shoot the end credits to get more info about them. But what is this shooting idea was brought into the main game. As in 2-4 characters would fight and there would be a number of weapon targets on the screen (just like on the credits roll). The aim here is to shoot the characters while they are fighting to damage them more.
I see it like this: You have 2-4 teams. Each team has a character and a shooter. The characters fight it out like usual. The shooters shoot characters from other teams, so they die faster. But the catch is, the shots have some aoe damage so you could accidentally damage your own team's character with your shots. Of cause this would be a tactic to keep the fighting up close and personal so it's hard to shoot the enemy without your own team's character taking collateral damage.
The winners are the team that wins just like in a normal smash fight. The shooters are only there to help/hinder the fighters.
Also there could be items that appear on the stage that are only good for the shooters. And the first shooter to shoot them gets a temporary buff to their shots.
Hope this mode makes sense. It's pretty complicated to explain but I think pretty easy to understand once you get the gist of it.
- Multiple Fighters Mode.
Just like done on other fighting games. But for SSB you'd pick have 3 (or how ever many you set lives). And each life you use a different character. You'd set what characters you'd use and in what order (or you could go totally random and now know what your next character will be. This is kind of like the fight that happens after the Mario Party Mode. But my idea is this would be a game mode and you could access it without having to do Mario Party Mode. Of cause there'd be no upgrade boosts (like the ones you earn in Mario Party Mode). It's just a way to fight with different characters within the same match.
I think some tournaments would like this mode. You could pick a character and a counter to the characters that beat your first character so you'd have a balanced team of fighters. Lots of possibilities here.
If I can think of more ideas I'll share them later.[/B][/B]
