Idea for second Smash Ballot

I've proposed the return of the Smash Ballot.

I have also proposed changes to it.

This new version would be a form, you would enter the name of the character and their home franchise. It would also ask you if the character originated in video games. If you select no, the submission will fail. If yes, then it will go through.
