IDEA: Alternate Characters Using the D-Pad

This idea would be handled like how Smash Remix (just now) dealt with the additions of the two other Star Fox members.
You'd alternate to different characters (with similar movesets but different properties) by pressing either left or right, an example below could go like:

1 - Dr. Mario
2 - Chef Mario

1 - Funky Kong

1 - Dark Samus

1 - Woolly Yoshi

1 - Falco
2 - Peppy
3 - Slippy

1 - Black Shadow

1 - Daisy

1 - Dry Bowser
