I'd like to update the ice and fire mario particles to project m 3.5

Noticed that these two skins are outdated, and was wondering if anybody knew how I can update them:
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=35454 is for the blue mario costume slot only
and then
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=35453 this one is extra fire effects for the fire mario costume slot only

Anyone know how I can update these? I also might take the ice particles from Mario's firebal and try to add it to Luigi's blue costume slot if it's possible.
