does anyone have the select and preview icons for melee battlefield and if not can someone either make them or teach me how to make them?

I don't think there is a standalone icon for Melee Battlefield. So I would just take an in-game screenshot of the stage then edit/re-size it to a 176x126 and a 64x56 pixel .png image, for the stage preview and icon pictures respectively.
(Preferably stage icon pictures have a border around them, so re-size your screenshot to 56x48 pixels, center it, then fill in the border with black. So the final image will be 64x56 pixels.)
