i was messing around and it seems that you can speed up your ics if you dash dance then wavedash forward then run it increases your speed to about the same speed as falcon/fox for about 2-3s.

sorry if anyone else has firgured this out but you can also slow your self down by doing this to do a slow walk, its kind of like a moonwalk for ic's i still need to figure out how to do it all the time to speed up and make me as crazy as a fox or falcon .

just my 2 cents to help out the ics boards.
