Ice punch breeding

This is probably not worth creating a new thread over but it's bugging the **** out of me. Which pokemon breeds Ice punch into Sneasel, because I just can't seem to find any that work?

Any suggestions?

heart scale a medicham or level up a meditite till it evolves
breed with a lopunny
breed that with sneasel

Any Pokemon that can breed with Smeargle is one lucky dawg.

Or, you could teach Ice Punch to, say, Exploud from the Emerald tutors. Bring it to Sinnoh and breed FTW.

Serebii just had an update to make breeding egg moves easier in the form of listing compatability. You should take a look there, it's all really easy now.
