Ice Climbers don't slip on ice?!?! Well they are the Ice Climbers.

I've used the search many times and didn't find a thread that has this so I created this one. I'm sorry if this is already a topic so don't flame me please.


When I played Ice Climbers in every ice field in the game, they won't slide like other characters. Also, when some characters slide than turn around, they would trip more likely than usual than they would not on ice. I used this as a quick stratagy for they home stage and won every time I played on it. Either my game has a glitch that made them not slip and slide, or this is a new feture to the Ice Climbers.

Your thoughts?

It was in melee too, but in that game they had a set sliding range. In brawl they don't slide as much but still have a set knockback even on ice

If you wear metal cleats its easier to walk on grass and dirt but not smooth concrete. Same application.
