Smash Lord
I'm about to post a kind of team no one on Smashboards has thought to post yet...It is a team so vicious, so terrifying, so mind-bendingly evil, that those of you with weak constitution may need to leave the arena...err...BOARDS!!!!! I present to you...
TEAM TINY
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Meowth - "TopCat"
@ Life Orb/None
Jolly / Technician
(0 HP IVs) EVs - 236 Att, 76 Def, 196 Spd
--------------------
Voltorb - "SpeedBall"
@ Damp Rock
Timid / Static
EVs - 68 HP, 240 SpAtt, 200 Spd
--------------------
Surskit - "Buggin'"
@ Life Orb
Modest / Swift Swim
(3 HP IVs) EVs - 72 Def, 200 SpAtt, 236 Spd[/B]
I have 3 HP IVs so I only take 5% recoil from Life Orb instead of 10%, and I still have maximum power behind Hidden Power. As cool as Surskit is, Little Cup may be its only real chance to shine: with 32 Speed in Rain, and a Life Orb backing its attacks, Special Swift Swim Sweeping Surskit is like a mighty river rushing down a mountain--fast, powerful, and just plain scary when you go beneath the surface...
--------------------
Kabuto - "Hardcore"
@ Life Orb
Adamant / Swift Swim
EVs - 196 Att, 76 SpDef, 236 Spd
--------------------
Mantyke - "Flyatyke"
@ Oran Berry
Calm / Water Absorb
EVs - 236 HP, 76 Def, 196 SpDef
--------------------
Bronzor - "Miniding"
@ Light Clay
Bold / Levitate
EVs - 220 HP, 68 Def, 72 SpAtt, 148 SpDef

Well, there you have it. Pokes fresh out of the egg, and ready to kick some tail.
You may notice that all the EVs are strange, but the ratios are different at lower levels. It's nothing to worry about.
If you would, please Rate and Review my team of tiny terrors.

Meowth - "TopCat"
@ Life Orb/None
Jolly / Technician
(0 HP IVs) EVs - 236 Att, 76 Def, 196 Spd
- Fake Out: No Meowth should go on without Fake Out; STAB and Technician gun this move up to 90 Power, which is excellent for a priority move.
- Bite/Thief: Bite is generally a standard attack on Meowth, but I have Thief on the side for sheer annoyance. Both attacks hit Ghosts and get Technician boosts.
- U-Turn: Coming off 19 Speed points, U-Turn gives for good hit-and-run damage and scouting.
- Return: Too much STAB to let go to waste. Good finishing move.
--------------------

Voltorb - "SpeedBall"
@ Damp Rock
Timid / Static
EVs - 68 HP, 240 SpAtt, 200 Spd
- Thunder: Great STAB move, and always useful in the Rain.
- Hidden Power [WATER]: Gets psuedo-STAB in the Rain, and covers for Grounds coming in on my Thunder attacks.
- Rain Dance: With Damp Rock, I get to set up 8 full turns of Rain, allowing Voltorb to tear through some critters, and also helps set up my main sweepers.
- Taunt/Explosion: Taunt prevents other Pokes from setting up on me, while I can set up my Rain. Explosion is nice when Voltorb is at low health, and I don't mind sacrificing it to take out something like Chinchou, Wooper, or Chikorita. Always nice to go out with a BANG!!! :3
--------------------

Surskit - "Buggin'"
@ Life Orb
Modest / Swift Swim
(3 HP IVs) EVs - 72 Def, 200 SpAtt, 236 Spd[/B]
- Hydro Pump: High-powered STAB, and with additional psuedo-STAB in Rain, Hydro Pump is a staple on any Surskit sweeper.
- Signal Beam: Since it doesn't get Bug Buzz or Silver Wind until it evolves, Signal Beam will have to be my STAB Bug attack. 10% chance of Confusion is nice, too.
- Giga Drain: An attack that will let me take care of Wooper or Poliwag coming in to absorb my Hydro Pumps, when instead I end up absorbing their health! Also covers for Chinchou.
- Hidden Power [ELEC, GRD, PSY]/Bug Bite/Quick Attack/Sleep Talk: Really just a filler spot. It could be a Hidden Power to cover certain Pokes in Little Cup, or it could be Bug Bite to steal a foe's Berry, since Oran Berries are common. Quick Attack would prevent me from getting completely annihilated by opposing priority moves, and Sleep Talk just so I can Sweep when I'm asleep!

--------------------

Kabuto - "Hardcore"
@ Life Orb
Adamant / Swift Swim
EVs - 196 Att, 76 SpDef, 236 Spd
- Waterfall: A strong and reliable STAB attack, which also gets psuedo-STAB in Rain. With a 20% chance of Flinching the foe, and being faster that most Pokes, Waterfall belongs on this thing.
- Rock Slide: Another good STAB attack. While not as accurate as Waterfall, it has a higher chance of Flinching the foe. Needed for the lack of Stone Edge.
- Aerial Ace: Since Dry Skin Croagunk can take the first too attacks pretty well, I figure I'd surprise it with a Super-Effective attack. Also takes out Grasses.
- Aqua Jet/Dig/Return/Body Slam: Similar situation with a filler spot. Aqua Jet provides reliable STAB and psuedo-STAB in Rain, and is still useful even when the Rain isn't up. Dig lets me hit Chinchou and other Electric Pokes, but is risky because Kabuto is already weak to Earthquake. Return or Body Slam in combination with Waterfall allow for perfect Little Cup coverage, and the only differences are power and a chance of Paralysis.
--------------------

Mantyke - "Flyatyke"
@ Oran Berry
Calm / Water Absorb
EVs - 236 HP, 76 Def, 196 SpDef
- Surf: Strong and reliable STAB attack.
- Hidden Power [FLYING]: HP Flying is my second STAB attack, and is needed for decent coverage.
- Rest: Heals any damage or status that I've taken, and allows me to use my next attack...
- Sleep Talk: Let's me attack even while I'm asleep.
--------------------

Bronzor - "Miniding"
@ Light Clay
Bold / Levitate
EVs - 220 HP, 68 Def, 72 SpAtt, 148 SpDef
- Extrasensory: My only offensive move. I chose Extrasensory over Psychic because of the extreme difference in PP. 10 Power doesn't make too much difference to me.
- Rain Dance: Sets up more Rain should Voltorb perish.
- Light Screen: Improves the survivability of my sweepers.
- Reflect: Improves the survivability of my sweepers.
