I was wondering why the tracks Battlefield (Melee) and Multi-Man Melee 1 were missing in SmashU?

I was wondering in Smash Wii U why the tracks Battlefield (Melee) and Multi-Man Melee 1 in Battlefield were missing?
The tracks Fire Emblem (Melee) Icicle Mounatin and Super Mario Bros 3 (Melee) were present in Smash U, but why Battlefield (Melee) and Multi-Man Melee 1 not?

The Melee Final Destination track was already in Smash Wii U except it's an unlockable song.
