I think you can play with more than 1 person on one concole on wifi "with friends"

I was watching some live streaming video from the other thread on the boards with peer cast from japan, and someone was playing online with friends only, but they had more than one person playing on the 1 console. 3 people were in one room (their slots didn't have the faded out "searching for someone" box, they all 3 chose their characters) and then lastly a 4th player box that was faded out came up. They hit ready to fight, and the wifi load screen came up with the 3 characters fighting the sand bag. when the game started the 4th player was in the game as zelda. It's pretty neat, kinda like X box and halo how you can have more than one person play online from one console. At least... in Japan that's how it looked.
