Each company only gets 1 third party... Konami owns Hudson Soft, therefore they own Bomberman. Konami already has Snake in. So I think that means no Bomberman.

There are no reps for any third party developer. If Sakurai wants that character in, they're in- even if another character is already included from that particular company.

It's still not a Square-Enix type of collaboration, Hudson is still it's own company and I don't see how it affects Bomberman's chances at all.

Tails seems to be popular... if there were more spaces for 3rd party characters, Tails could possibly be in it.
