I haven't see anyone discuss the idea, but maybe you should head to KingJigglypuff's throne room, he wants to do multiple pokemon so maybe if you asked him he might consider the idea

KJP said he would like to eventually do Greninja, but it isn't high on his priority list. Maybe he'd consider raising it higher if you expressed interest in it (I'd join you), but I don't know for sure.
