Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff
hyper voice
sing
rest
rollout
the main problem with my strategy with Jiggly is that sing is so annoyingly inaccurate. What seems to be a nice combo if you can get it to land is sing and rollout. Usually, the opponent (depending on their type and other factors) will faint after the third rollout and the fourth will either knock out the next pokemon or bring them past being weak enough for the fifth to finish them off. Again, this relies on luck due to low accuracy.
Dragonair/Dragonite

hyperbeam
ice beam/surf
iron tail
Butterfree
psybeam
sleep powder
supersonic
silver wind
I know nobody uses Butterfree because it generally sucks, but it's moves seem like they can be kind of fun. I may replace psybeam with psycic. I would usually use supersonic after putting the enemy to sleep, then just go at them with silver wind or one of the psycic attacks. Sleep powder usually does well for me; it hasn't been too inaccurate like sing.

?will-o-wisp?
This is the core of my team. I actually feature Ninetales in a few of my teams, but I'm not sure if I want to keep will-o-wisp as an attack. It's done me well, but something else might work better...
This is kind of my cute/not serious team. It's fun to use, even if it isn't at its full potential since I chose not to evolve some that could have. I'm not 100% sure of all of the move sets and I haven't finished making the team, but this is what I have so far. And finally, Butterfree and Pikachu I'd swich out on occasion for Pidgeot, Bellsprout, or if I wanted to get a little more serious, Venusaur. Jigglypuff could be switched for either Clefairy or Chansey.
