I pity the foo who don't like my team!

Most of my teams are composed of my favorites, which are usually the older generations of pokemon. I don't pay a whole lot of attention to natures and ev stats and that stuff since I'm new to the newer games (I still need to get D/P). I also mainly use the older attacks, for now at least, until I become more familiar with the newer attacks. Lastly, I hope I'm not posting too many teams (tell me if I am, please!).

Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff
hyper voice
sing
rest
rollout

the main problem with my strategy with Jiggly is that sing is so annoyingly inaccurate. What seems to be a nice combo if you can get it to land is sing and rollout. Usually, the opponent (depending on their type and other factors) will faint after the third rollout and the fourth will either knock out the next pokemon or bring them past being weak enough for the fifth to finish them off. Again, this relies on luck due to low accuracy.

Dragonair/Dragonite
outrage
hyperbeam
ice beam/surf
iron tail

Butterfree
psybeam
sleep powder
supersonic
silver wind

I know nobody uses Butterfree because it generally sucks, but it's moves seem like they can be kind of fun. I may replace psybeam with psycic. I would usually use supersonic after putting the enemy to sleep, then just go at them with silver wind or one of the psycic attacks. Sleep powder usually does well for me; it hasn't been too inaccurate like sing.

Pikachu
thunderbolt/thunder
iron tail
lightscreen
???

Dewgong
ice beam
headbutt/slam
rest
surf

Ninetales
flamethrower
quick attack
confuse ray
?will-o-wisp?

This is the core of my team. I actually feature Ninetales in a few of my teams, but I'm not sure if I want to keep will-o-wisp as an attack. It's done me well, but something else might work better...

This is kind of my cute/not serious team. It's fun to use, even if it isn't at its full potential since I chose not to evolve some that could have. I'm not 100% sure of all of the move sets and I haven't finished making the team, but this is what I have so far. And finally, Butterfree and Pikachu I'd swich out on occasion for Pidgeot, Bellsprout, or if I wanted to get a little more serious, Venusaur. Jigglypuff could be switched for either Clefairy or Chansey.

Tentacruel
acid
supersonic
hydro pump/bubblebeam
icebeam/giga drain

not the most effective choice, but I really like Tentacruel!

Ninetales
flamethrower
confuse ray
quick attack
?will-o-wisp?

Espeon
psycic
return
shadow ball
?morning sun?

Sandslash
iron tail
slash
sandstorm
earthquake

probably my all-time favorite pokemon. Sandslash is one that I wouldn't switch out.

Kabutops
slash
hydropump
megadrain
ancient power
ice beam/dig/aerial ace/night slash/wring out

obviously I haven't decided on the final move.

either:
Fearow
drill peck
mirror move
return
steel wing

Jolteon
thunder
double kick
quick attack
dig/shadow ball/iron tail (pin missile if I'm going with original moves)

Haunter
curse
hypnosis
dream eater
shadow ball

Typhlosion
flamethrower
swift
earthquake/thunderpunch (if allowed)
rollout/seismic toss

This team is just made up of my favorites. It's stronger than the team I have listed before, but it's still not great. I may exchange a couple of pokemon, like Ninetales for Typhlosion or Arcanine, but the pokemon I have above are pretty solid as my "favorites" team. I'm debating still if I want to put in any legendaries.

Legendary team:

Raiku
crunch
thunder
reflect
???

Articuno
ice beam
?reflect?
mind reader
sheer cold

Mew
mega punch
psycic
ancient power/transform (for fun)
iron tail/metronome (for fun)

Ho-oh
sacred fire/fire blast/sky attack (if Diamond or Pearl)
recover
sunny day
ancient power/future sight

Mewtwo
psycic
recover
?shadow ball?
fire blast

either:

Entei
flame thrower
stomp
bite
sunny day

Lugia
psycic
surf
aeroblast
recover

probably:

Rayquaza
dragon claw/outrage
crunch
fly
ancient power/extreme speed

this team is simply a bunch of my favorite legendaries. I'm not sure if I would want to give Mew solar beam in place of mega punch, since I have Ho-oh and Entei who can use sunny day.

far too many teams to rate. Pick one. Also, read up on EVs and natures, and it looks like you may need to figure out the difference between special and physical attacks. For instance, Jolteon has absolutely garbage attack, so moves like quick attack and double kick are a bad idea. Also, items are incredibly important, so you should also include those.

first, pick your favorite 6. Once you have your favorites on the same team, we can make them work together like a good team.
