I need tips to play better

i play pikachu or dr.mario because it is really hard to win because all i see is dodging online and i cant really hit my enemy.

i need tips just to be able to hit the people.

also the dodging is annoying because i found out how op dodging can be if you know how to be a bit** online.

Well first off, dodging is pretty annoying, but the best way to punish dodging is by a heavy projectile or tracking your opponents next move. With Pikachu, I'd suggest you dash with a Thunder Jolt to get your opponent off guard, but if they still arn't bitting the fish line, Pikachu's Down Smash should take care of that, a good punishment tool for rollers. With Dr. Mario, I'd suggest you use his down A slide so you can punish them, or if you want to be a major jerk, you can cape them and combo them with Down B or a Smash Attack, or something of that nature. Thing is, rollers can be annoying, but never panic.
