I guess to start this I will say that, I am not fairly new to smash but I have pickedup on the more competitive scene in the last 6 months and with all my hours in training mode trying to find a main that suits me and learning match ups, I never really can find a consistance way of just being able to fight someone.

Some thoughts I had at first was I was lacking in a pool of AMAZING OVER THE TOP TECH To body anyone in my wake but that did not help ether. I know the games core and that things like spacing and teching and some shield options are a thing but my excution is well sometimes amazing if it's on auto pilot but I want ways or maybe a point in a direction to really improve my non auto-pilot.

It really sucks going super high on winning streaks online then same thing happening at locals then being meme'd on by
someone spamming 3 moves and reading you like a book.

if any of you would also like to fight me online and maybe help me out in some sparring that would be amazing too :)

Hello and welcome to the Smashboards!
You need to learn to adapt, then. I think what you need to do is learn matchups against all the different character in the game so you're not lost in what you're doing. Yes, you might find a person or two that might completely counter you (None of my friends can counter my new Mario that well, since I dodge a few things like a Level 9 CPU and I'm able to hit kill moves at them if they open themselves up for more than a few frames), but then you should probably try to fight them even more to see what they're doing right and what you're doing wrong.
