I need some advice (dating related)

So I met this girl over the summer at her cousin's house, who happens to be one of my best friends and we became good friends as well. We have hung out a few times since, but we just went to a movie and I think I'm starting to fall for her. I put my arm around here and she snuggled up close to me. I really wanted to kiss her, but just couldn't work up the courage in fear that she wouldn't want me to. I need some advie on this whole situation

If she reciprocated the cuddle, then imo thats a good sign.

Maybe you should get your cousin to ask her about you, find out. And if it's good then invite her out again. But it seems to me that your on the right track anyway.

Alright thanks guys!!! Yeah, I bet that she is wishing I would have made a move, but I just wasn't really sure... I'll try and she if she wants to do something next weekend as well. Maybe I will have a little more confidence then
