I need HELP!!

My friend told me when I first got ssbb I should download Project M, and when i went to, he told me that I should just get the basic version (Installer) , since I wont be modding, and I went to but I cant find it on their download page on the project M website? So if somebody could help me, or give me a link or something it would be very helpful and greatly appricated!

winRAR works just fine on it, its what i use.
