I need help

i drew this amazing pic of luigi there only 2 peob with it

1. i would need someone to color it in and make it look nice possibly in photoshop
2. it would need to be as my sig and say Lamugi across it with like bubbles or something!!!!!


if anyone has some spare time and are really good in photoshop drop some love. thanks
