I need help with the Stage Builder Extra

I need help with the Stage Builder Extra. I want to send a stage to a friend, but it says points remaining. What does this mean? It does the same thing for replay data, pics, and stages. Is this a limit to the amount of stages, pics, and replays that I can send to a friend? If so, how do I get more points?
