pillaring works.keep lasering him if he just crouches and waits to dsmash you it'll put pressure on him.
utilts can combo him for awhile to over 30% if your good at reading his DI.
If he just stands there with his sheild up just keep lasering him and it'll force him to do something else.

dair to shine beats his CC. Don't nair or bair Sheik too much at low %s, she can CC dsmash those moves very easily. Stick to the uair and dair at low percents.
