I suggest going to the Sonic board and asking there: http://smashboards.com/forums/sonic.413/.

Specifically, ask here: http://smashboards.com/threads/sonic-guide-faq-ask-questions-here.371222/unread.

Alternatively, go to the Falco board and ask there: http://smashboards.com/forums/falco.496/.

Specifically, ask here: http://smashboards.com/threads/ssb4-falco-matchup-thread-main-post.370767/, and be sure to be specific on what troubles you have against Falco. The Falco board doesn't have a Sonic matchup discussion thread set up yet, but as a Falco main, I can give some general tips.

1. As Sonic, you have a clear advantage against Falco in terms of speed. For reference, Falco is slower than Ike while running and with walking, he's fairly fast - ranked 10 -, but compared to his run speed and compared to Sonic, that means nothing.

2. Sonic's Spin Dash and Charge can be interrupted and punished by Falco's Blaster and Reflector. Blaster won't be safe if Sonic's about half way on FD since Sonic can close the distance quickly, but Reflector will. Since Reflector is sent out, Falco can bait a Spin Dash or Charge heading towards him and use Reflector. Play more like 6wX and make Spin Dash and Charge almost impossible to react to and mix up your approaches as Sonic. You can cancel both Dash and Charge - Dash can be canceled by shielding and Charge can be canceled by not mashing the button. Falco's Blaster and Reflector can be baited.

3. Recoveries. For Falco, he can gimp you with Fair or just kill you with Bair which is the fastest tied with Sheik, Mega Man, and Wii Fit Trainer, but has shorter range compared to them. He could land a Dair spike, but since Spring Jump is invincible, it might not matter. Falco Phantasm can spike, but it's not as strong as Dair. It's situational, but beware when edgeguarding Falco or being in Falco Phantasm's path off-stage. Sonic on the other hand should take advantage of his fast Side Smash on Falco. Why? Falco Phantasm doesn't have a full hitbox - the last 1/4 of its distance doesn't have a hitbox - meaning Falco will always be in a punishable situation if he lands onto the stage or uses it a bit to high and doesn't sweet-spot the ledge low enough or if you can catch him right before he sweet-spots the ledge. Fire Bird is slow in charge and it won't travel as far as Fox's Fire Fox. If Falco's charging a bit to close to the ledge, go and stage spike him or hit him towards the underside of the stage with Bair or continually gimp him with Spring Jump's spring.

4. Input lag. If you're playing online, Falco's at a disadvantage since he thrives on punishing and being on point with his attacks. Bad air speed and mediocre ground speed makes it so that Falco can't really follow up when he can't react as quickly with input lag. Input lag is also a reason why heavy projectile characters like Villager, Link, and Toon Link can get away with camping or Captain Falcon who can get away with "speed camping".
