I need help with a character!!!

Hello, first of all I am a total SSBB noob hacker. I do know how to modify music, characters and stages in project M but that´s because I can download them.

I need help with a character!

How can you guys port a character over another without removing the first one. Example: I want to put the Final PSA Version of Shadow which goes over sonic, but I can also play as normal Sonic (No hack)

Here´s a clear example:

This guy ported Shadow with different moves but he also has Sonic and Silver. When you see futher in the video, the name of the character Shadow is still "Sonic".

Can somebody tell me?

Disclaimer: I play Project M via an Iso with Neogamma, my brawl CD is scratched and can´t use Riivolution. So basically that´s how I play Project M and how I hack my characters.

He just replaced someone else with the Shadow movesest. There is no way to add characters, only replace them. I assume he used this: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=7039 which replaces Donkey Kong.

No, he used Sonic as a replacement but he kept the old sonic. He used this model and still has Sonic:

Help, I want to have both! Could I port this Shadow over R.O.B and still have Sonic?

You have to remove a character to get a character. If this were not true, Project M would have the melee vets already.

Yeah, you have to replace some other character such as rob. But it looks like he replaced DK.

Let me make this simple: YOU CAN'T. If you do that, you'd have to rename the files to FitRobot, and even then the game would crash.
