I need help replacing Fourside!

This also happened with Bowser's Castle over Peach's Castle some time ago, but now I want to replace the already-swapped Fourside with Wily's Castle from SSB4.

The download provides .rel files for Pictochat and Mario Bros. (Fountain of Dreams) and I could put it over Skyworld removing the PALUTENA.rel file, but I like all of those stages and I'd like to know how I can replace Fourside with this stage? Do I need some fancy .rel converter to make this work? Or am I just doing a silly step terribly wrong?

I assume wily's castle uses Skyworld as it's base, so under base rel choose skyworld, and under 'to replace' choose new pork city to generate the proper rel file. Then rename the stage file to match the .rel
