I need help....desperately....

Could some one help me out with my MK?
Ive been maining him for since i got my wii in like March. I go to tournys but not as often as i can, but when i go or play online, or w/e. I alot of trouble using him really well I do alright with him I just wish I could do better. Could any of you tell me what you guys do to make your MK's successful?

Do you dthrow alot?

Do you ftilt, dtilt alot?

Do your fair alot?

Should I tornado alot, should I watch alot of pro MK matches on youtube?

I have alot of other characters I mess around with, characters that used to be my main etc. Should I concentrate just on using MK?
Please help me you all. It will be greatly appreciated......
