I need help countering snake with metaknight.

hes not really an advanced player but its pissing me off he keeps spamming like all his projectiles making it hard for spacing. His dash attack would always hit me up and allow him to fsmash i have a good DI but sometimes it would fail on me. I won against him but just by barely how would i eliminate this?

Seriously though, try the MK boards. MK should have a natural advantage over Snake.

*sigh* you guys know best so im turning to you guys for advice,
i've seen people help others on the other character discussion boards.
I know it isn't that right place to be asking this but this is a friendly bout against my friend,
if possible somebody pm me an answer. If i could give advice on how to defeat metaknight with snake i would, you dont have to reply to the question in the board but please pm?
btw bman theres no reason for being so rude, i was asking a simple question for a simple answer.

Truthfully, you really had better ask the MK boards. They know Metaknight better than we do, they can tell you his strengths against Snake better than we can. And it just makes more sense.

Lol I'll play Judas and tell you what MK does that bugs me since my friend is pro at him...hehe but i still beat him Anyway he dive bombs me a lot (glide >> attack) it's very fast so if I'm in the middle of nikita or even if I forget myself and attempt to attack him with snake's slow moves then that'll get me. He's also very good at using MK's down b so that I can't really get good spacing from my nades, so If I were you I'd learn how to use that properly. As for snake's dash, I find (as does my friend) that it is easy to SH Airdodge it....MK's speed is very effective if you can keep snake off balance. You just need to get him off the edge and then Nair/Dair/Fair him to his death. Off the edge and up in the air is the one place I never want to be when fighting a MK. Although if you want to be reeeaallly cautious then i'd only go at snake in the air and from the front, his Fair is slow as balls.

Btw, a bit of a request: Try to be a bit less harsh when people wander in here by mistake. Dont want Snake players to look like arrogant swine now do we?
