Yeah, look around before you ask, and if all else fails. There's nothing else to do but to buy yourself a mic and record it straight to the computer.

you clearly have a computer and audio software. Use the Mic In on your computer. Put the Audio out from the cube into an RCA>1/8 stereo adapter (cheap) and either use sound test, or for best resutls, get AR and use the awesome sound test.
